As the lead for all occupational hygiene and environmental services at our firm, Yang is committed to delivering expert, tailored solutions to ensure safer, compliant workplaces.

Alan has been part of the construction industry since 2017, specializing in safety practices for ICI and high-rise projects. His passion is creating sustainable safety systems that prevent avoidable harm in the workplace. Over the years, Alan has worked closely with experts, executives, and team leaders across various construction sites, developing a deep understanding of the challenges affecting safety performance.

​Hantong is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) with over six years of experience in occupational health and safety. With a master's degree in Occupational Health from McGill University, her expertise includes developing and implementing robust safety management systems, conducting thorough risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal and provincial safety regulations.

Hantong has led numerous safety initiatives that have significantly reduced workplace incidents and enhanced safety culture within organizations

A graduate of McGill University with MSc in Occupational Health, Ray brings extensive experience in market sales and currently leads the business operations of the team.

With a strong background in occupational health and a proven track record in sales, he ensures a professional and agile approach to meeting client needs.
